The offer and usage of this website is limited to within the agreements specified herein, including:

As governed by the internationally recognised copyright, consumer protection, freedom of information and any other applicable laws of my home residence in The Bailiwick of Jersey in The Channel Islands. You agree that any dispute would first and foremost be brought to an agreeable independent arbitration service in Jersey, at your expense, and to be bound by their decisions in such event.

I work very hard, with a focus for honestly and integrity, in great respect of all relevant laws, wisdoms and expectations, in the hope there will never be such a need. Although, it is necessary to state these things, for both our records, due to the variety of opinion that is possible to attract from public publishing and personal business.

Equally, I hope you will find great value and reward from the uninhibited ability to exercise the freedoms of speech afforded by our civil society.

Terms of usage

This website, its contents, and my opinions are offered for entertainment and discussion purposes only, published without prejudice to; myself, any third-party, or your legal rights.

In any subject matter you reasonably expect to be critical or significantly consequential to yourself or business, you should seek multiple independent sources of information, and qualified professional advice, along with professional or business insurance for the efficacy of all services you may rely upon.

I may make many recommendations, however, they all come with an overriding expectations that they are only one person’s opinion, not to be solely relied upon.

Your own opinions and choices should be informed from multiple sources, and regardless of my limited experience that will differ from your own.

Independent legal advice is always recommended to review any significant purchased or mission-critical services, and insurance cover in-place for risk-management in the event of any unforeseen failure.

Free advice is provided with the same terms as paid-consultancy.

All direct purchase refund claims are limited to the purchase price paid. All third-party purchases are within the terms of the parties prescribed to that sale.

From the latin and common legal terms; Caveat Emptor & Caveat Venditor. Assuming to be translated as; Buyer Beware & Seller Beware. This means you have more information on your needs and expectations than I, so you carry the responsibility of making your decisions based upon your privileged position of knowledge in your intentions, aspirations and tolerances for risk, as there are in all decisions, indecision or abstention from decision or action.

I expect to conduct all business openly and transparently with respect to the confidentiality required per transaction or business relationship. The overriding term being that all products and services are offered in good-faith and judgement in purchase or engagement. Your decision-making research is recommended in advance of any purchase, and I will do all I can to offer or accept a suitable agreement for the fair and equitable exchange of value in reliance on any specific agreement(s).
